Congratulatory Messages

Australians who are celebrating a milestone birthday or wedding anniversary can apply to receive personal messages of congratulations from the Prime Minister, the Governor-General and His Majesty The King. You will need to provide supporting documentation such as a birth certificate, marriage certificate or other official documentation showing the relevant details. If these are not available you can provide a statutory declaration (with full name/s and date of birthday/wedding anniversary).
